**Description:**
You will be the Senior Quality Engineer for the Missiles & Fire Control Quality Team. Our team is responsible for ensuring product quality across hardware, software, systems, supplier, and customer domains.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Senior Quality Engineer you will be responsible for driving quality excellence across the MFC program.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
+ Develop, review, and maintain quality standards, methods, and procedures.
+ Analyze quality data to identify trends and implement corrective actions.
+ Perform assessments, audits, and independent reviews to ensure compliance.
+ Lead parts‑review and corrective‑action meetings with customers, suppliers, and subcontractors.
+ Apply lean tools to reduce waste and improve processes.
