Senior Quality Assurance Manager (Collections)

We are hiring a Quality Assurance Head to lead our Quality Assurance team and drive excellence across our Collections Operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Quality Assurance, collections, compliance, and team leadership, with a proven track record of improving processes, enhancing performance, and ensuring operational standards are met.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field

• At least 5 years of QA experience, preferably in collections, banking, or financial services

• Strong understanding of collection operations, compliance, and QA methodologies

• Proven leadership and people management experience

• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
