Senior Protection Engineer

In this role, you will apply your protection engineering abilities within a team that investigate, scope, design, and deliver protection settings projects. At Beca we pride ourselves on our involvement in complex and multi-discipline projects. You will have opportunity to learn from our Power industry experts delivering these engineering solutions across New Zealand and Australia.

Projects range from connecting renewable energy sites to upgrading networks for resilience. Projects will have unique design requirements, however, a large part of the work will be predominantly within the Transpower standards framework. Experience with DigSilent PowerFactory, Transpower standards and Stationware is advantageous. Additional secondary or communications design experience would be valuable.
