About the role

We are seeking a Senior Proposition Analyst with experience in the UK workplace pensions market to help shape our employer proposition. This position sits within Royal London’s Workplace Future programme, a key strategic priority focused on strengthening our market position and delivering market‑leading experiences for employers, advisers and members.

You will work within a squad, supporting the Product Owner and taking the lead on the design and development of key elements of the employer experience across onboarding, servicing and engagement.
