Senior Proposals Leader, Integrated Solutions

Baker Hughes in Abu Dhabi seeks a Sales Senior Advisor – Proposals to lead end-to-end bid development for oil & gas projects. You will coordinate Region Leadership, Commercial Operations, I&S leaders, Product Line teams and vendors to craft winning proposals and negotiate contracts.

Requires 12+ years industry experience, a bachelor's degree in engineering, commercial or scientific discipline, and proven ability to manage complex integrated bids within a global matrix organization.
