This is a remote position. Title: Senior Proposal Manager Location: Remote or Northern, VA Terms: Full-Time/Permanent Overview: The Senior Proposal Manager will lead and manage the proposal development efforts across the companys federal business portfolio. Reporting to the Vice President of Growth, this person will oversee the full proposal lifecycle while developing and maintaining the processes, tools, content, and infrastructure necessary to improve the organizations ability to win new business. Working closely with business development, capture managers, project managers, subject matter experts, contracts, finance, and executive leadership, the Senior Proposal Manager ensures proposal submissions are compliant, compelling, and aligned with customer requirements and capture strategies.
