Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a qualified Senior Proposal Manager in support of one of our large federal clients in Norfolk, VA. This candidate will be responsible for leading the end-to-end proposal development processes. The Senior Proposal Manager will partner closely with Capture Managers, Business Development leaders, technical teams, and executive leadership to develop compliant, compelling, and winning proposal submissions. Their day-to-day responsibilities will include managing proposal schedules, leading kickoff meetings and color team reviews, directing proposal contributors and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with FAR/DFARS requirements, conducting quality assurance reviews, coordinating proposal resources, and overseeing proposal submissions through completion.
