Senior/ Property Officer

Coordinate with contractors to maintain the common areas such as cleaning, conservancy, landscaping, and horticultural work, and to oversee improvement and cyclical projects at public housing flats in designated Town Councils.

• Conduct inspections on the ground and follow up with contractors on the rectification of defects.
• Issue work orders to contractors and verify the completion of works, including processing payments.
• Engage with residents’ feedback, and provide call‑back service when defects are rectified.
• Discuss and follow up on maintenance issues with grassroots leaders.
• Assist grassroot leaders in organizing grassroot activities.
• Attend MP’s house visits, grassroots and upgrading meetings after office hours.
• Attend to urgent cases referred by the Manager, grassroots leaders and EMSU.
