Working for a leading developer a Senior Property Manager.
You will be overseeing managing agents.
MaindutiesasaSeniorPropertyManager:
- Ensuringthatservicesarecarriedoutinaccordancewithleaseagreementsandtherightbudgetisinplaceviaregularsitevisits.
- AttendingAGM,EGM&RMCmeetingaswellasregularclientandlesseeliaison
- Monitoringcollectionofservicechargestofundnecessaryworksandrespondwithinagreedserviceleveltimeframes.
- Prioritiseriskmanagementthroughafulldocumenttrailandupdatingsystemsinaccordancewithchangesinlegislation
- Deliveringahighlevelofcustomersatisfaction
- Mobilise new build schemes
