Senior Property & Estate Maintenance Coordinator

Cushman & Wakefield Singapore is seeking a Senior/Property Officer to coordinate with contractors for cleaning, conservancy, landscaping, and horticultural improvements across designated Town Councils. You will inspect sites, issue and verify work orders, process payments, and engage residents’ feedback.

The role requires strong communication, independence, and the ability to work with grassroots leaders, MP visits, and after-hours meetings.
