About the role

As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal leadership role within the JP Support Services team, ensuring the successful delivery of sustainment activities that support one of Australia’s critical Defence communications capabilities.

Applying your extensive project management expertise, you will lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects while balancing scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality and safety to achieve successful outcomes.

Leading a team of Project Managers, you’ll foster a collaborative and high-performing environment while working closely with Engineering, Commercial, Procurement, Supply Chain, Project Controls and SHEQ functions.

You’ll build trusted relationships with Defence, industry partners and internal stakeholders, oversee project governance, financial performance and supplier delivery, and drive continuous improvement through structured planning, modern delivery practices and digital tools.<...
