Agility Working:- This full-time role is based in the UK and reports to the Projects Director. Your work location will be linked to our Headquarters Offices, but you will be able to work within the company’s “Agility Framework and Hybrid Work Policy”. This Policy is co-ordinated so that the day-to-day work base in the UK can be adaptable. The company has successfully implemented “TEAMS” as our virtual meeting platform. Attending the offices may be required for essential client meetings etc.

Fenix has been consistently productive with an agile approach to work location whilst still meeting delivery deadlines. An “Agility Framework” will be agreed with each team member and subject to risk assessment.
