• Review sales handover budget to project department with reference to standards in compliance with the company policies, statutory requirements and contract specifications.
• Ensure project life cycle operation within budget and accordance to ISO set out.
• Monitor and guide engineer on project life cycle implementation from time to time including:
• Project Planning & Scheduling, preparation and monitoring.
• Outlines the project goals, deliverables, tasks, and sets the acceptance criteria.
• Identifies the necessary personnel, vendors, and tools.
• Develops detailed financial estimates, Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), and timelines (e.g., using MS Project) or similar Project Management Tools.
