Senior Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

* Overall responsibility for project execution, planning, monitoring, quality, safety, and

timely delivery.

* Lead construction activities for high-rise residential towers up to 120 meters in

height.

* Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, statutory authorities, and

project stakeholders.

* Ensure compliance with SRA regulations, approvals, and project commitments.

* Monitor project schedules, budgets, resource planning, and construction quality.

* Lead multidisciplinary site teams and contractors to achieve project milestones.

Must Have skills

* B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

* Minimum 20 years of construction experience.

* Minimum 5 years in a leadership role as Project Head / Site Head.

* Proven experience in execution of high-rise residential towers of approximately 120

meters or above.
