Senior Project Manager

Overview

Enersense Engineering is currently seeking Senior Project Managers to support our clients' data centre projects across several locations in Finland. We are hiring on a permanent basis, and the position is available to start as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project delivery for large-scale data centre projects or major project sections.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and act as the primary client interface.
• Develop project strategies and oversee planning and change management.
• Lead reporting and performance management to ensure compliance with standards.
• Accountable for safety, quality, schedule, cost, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 10-15+ years of experience in project management within construction, engineering, or related sectors.
