Senior Project Manager (Residential) A well-established leading Main Contractor in Dublin is seeking a Senior Project Manager with over 5 years of relevant experience to work on a large scale apartments project in North Dublin. Our client is looking for someone with strong residential experience and a genuine interest in progressing into a Contracts Manager position in the future. Role & Duties: Top of Form Manage projects in line with company policies, procedures, Building Regulations, schedules, budgets, and specifications. Chair site meetings with Design Teams and Subcontractors, ensuring clear communication, documented outcomes, and compliance with drawings, specs, and Health & Safety. Supervise site staff and subcontractors, maintaining quality standards and providing timely information to the team. Apply knowledge of RIAI Standard Contracts and BCAR 2014 requirements.
