Role OverviewThe role will be part of a core central Program Management Team charged with ensuring the timely execution of deliverables across all workstreams while imparting subject‑matter expertise and know‑how. The candidate must be experienced in project management and have sufficient subject‑matter expertise in Markets products and business lines to provide meaningful, functional, and sustainable solutions.
Key ResponsibilitiesTransformation / change management / project experience with a focus on Capital Markets initiatives to address regulatory, audit, risk and control and risk management issues.
Front‑to‑back working knowledge of Markets business and products and/or regulatory capital, Market Risk and Finance (Product Control).
Drive analysis, requirements gathering and design forums as required.
Management of test phases, using tools including JIRA.
