Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire lifespan end-to-end project management and utilise knowledge of civil, structural for the projects.
- Liase with external design consultants, main contractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Identify and rectify civil & structural matters on site.
- Perform meticulous reviews of structural schematics and shop drawings to preemptively resolve spatial clashes or architectural discrepancies.
- Critically evaluate the construction methods, logistical layouts, and operational sequences proposed by contractors.
