Senior Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to own delivery across multiple concurrent client engagements. You will be the operating backbone of our delivery org keeping projects on track, clients confident, engineers focused, and outcomes measurable. This is not a status-reporting role. You will run client relationships, drive delivery rigor, surface risks early, and partner with engineering leadership on scope, staffing, and commercial conversations. You will work directly with senior stakeholders on the client side Directors, VPs, and CXOs and represent SquareShift in the room. You should be equally comfortable building a project plan from scratch on day one of a new engagement and rolling up your sleeves to unblock a team mid-sprint.
