• Lead all phases of the Project Management Life Cycle – Initiation, Planning, Execution, and Closure.
• Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis.
• Collaborate daily with clients to gather business and technical specifications for next‑generation software solutions.
• Implement best practices in Software Project Management and devise innovative solutions to delivery challenges.
• Build long‑term relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
