**Senior Project Lead Field Director**
**Job Responsibilities:**
+ Responsible for direct oversight of Ambassador Regional Project Leads and their teamsand of IQVIA Ambassador Project Training team.
+ Communicate with client Ambassador Director on a regular and timely basis.
+ Ensure that IQVIA Force have the appropriate resources and operational support required to deliver on both patient and client expectations.
+ Develop and implement a robust plan to facilitate clear communication to client’s Ambassador organization.
+ Attend and jointly lead weekly program staff meetings in conjunction with the client leadership team.
+ Identify opportunities and participate in the development of operational strategies, tactics and resources required to drive performance and optimize value for patients.
