Senior Project Engineer (Elv)

Role Purpose: To lead ELV engineering coordination on assigned Innovo MEP projects, mentoring junior engineers and ensuring ELV deliverables meet specification and regulatory requirements.

Key Accountabilities

• Lead review of ELV shop drawings, submittals, and method statements.
• Provide technical direction on fire alarm, CCTV, access control, and structured cabling systems.
• Lead TRA and Civil Defence approval processes for the ELV scope; liaise with authority inspectors to resolve technical queries and secure system approvals.
• Mentor ELV Engineers and Project Engineers on technical matters; review junior engineers' authority submissions and provide technical feedback.
• Oversee ELV installation quality checks and witness testing and commissioning activities; review ELV snagging and ensure timely closure prior to handover.
