Title: Senior Project Engineer Key Accountabilities: Lead end-to-end project management for large-scale manufacturing expansion initiatives, including various new Machining methods at the Aiken site.Serve as the primary project lead coordinating cross-functional workstreams across Manufacturing Engineering, Facilities, Quality, Logistics, Purchasing, Controlling, HR, IT, and external partnersDefine project scope, objectives, schedules, and governance structures in alignment with global manufacturing standards, timelines, and budgetary targets.Deploy established manufacturing processes and standards from global reference sites while enabling adaptation and innovation to support local production requirements.Coordinate facility planning, building modifications, equipment procurement, installation, commissioning, and handover to operations.Plan, lead, and facilitate technical workshops...
