Senior Project Buyer

The Senior Project Buyer is responsible for leading procurement activities throughout the complete project lifecycle from tender preparation and project acquisition through project execution commissioning and close-out.

The role supports both office-based procurement activities and on-site project procurement operations across international project locations. The Senior Project Buyer acts as the procurement focal point for assigned tenders and projects ensuring the timely sourcing evaluation negotiation procurement and delivery of equipment materials and subcontracted services for successful project execution.

The position requires extensive experience within the dredging and marine construction industry strong technical and commercial evaluation capabilities and the ability to effectively manage suppliers subcontractors and internal stakeholders in a fast-paced project environment.
