Senior Program Specialist (Leasing Policy)

Summary This position is located in the Division of Administration, Facilities Regional and Security Operations Branch (FSRB) at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation located in Dallas,TX. The incumbent is responsible for developing plans and strategies to conduct and implement corporate-wide leasing strategies, serves as a subject matter expert to leadership on leased space for the FDIC, and conducts a variety of studies and programs in support of leased building space programs across the FDIC. Responsibilities Supports FDIC's formal lease acquisition process, including conducting market research, developing requests for proposals, reviewing and analyzing proposals, and developing board cases. Develops leasing program goals and long-range plans and objectives. Drafts national space management and leasing policy.
