MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Senior Program Manager** to join our team. This is a 100% Remote position supporting the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).

As a Senior Program Manager, you will serve as a **Strategic Leader and Mission Partner** . You will move beyond day-to-day oversight to manage the lifecycle of complex, multi-task projects. You are the expert’s expert guiding the program’s technical strategy, managing high-stakes stakeholder relationships, and mentoring a multidisciplinary team of contractors and subcontractors. You will drive excellence by defining work standards, enforcing quality assurance, and ensuring the delivery of measurable ROI to our federal customers.
