Senior Program Manager- Prime, Amazon Prime

Amazon Prime is a global membership program built around speed, convenience, entertainment, and savings. This role is focused on strengthening Prime’s shopping value proposition in India through differentiated engagement programs and customer experiences that drive acquisition, engagement, and long-term retention.

As the Senior Program Manager for Prime Shopping Engagement and Prime Exclusive Offers (PXO), you will lead strategy and execution for some of Prime India’s highest-impact shopping growth initiatives. You will own programs that help Prime members discover, engage with, and derive greater value from shopping benefits across their lifecycle, while also enabling Stores and brand partners to participate in differentiated Prime experiences.
