Senior Program Manager, Network Design

We are looking for a high-ownership Program Manager to join the Network Design & Engineering team, responsible for designing and optimizing India's Middle Mile transportation network and driving the launch of new delivery products (Prime Time, Same-Day, and other speed programs). This role sits at the intersection of network strategy, product design, and operational execution — requiring the ability to think big while diving deep into shipment flow mechanics, cost structures, and customer promise implications.
