Senior Program Manager, Corporate Banking Transformation

C5i is seeking an experienced transformation leader to drive end-to-end credit, corporate banking, and regulatory change initiatives in the UAE. You will bridge senior leadership, credit risk, compliance, operations, and technology to deliver strategic outcomes.

The role requires 8–12 years of banking transformation experience with UAE/GCC exposure. You will oversee multi-stream programs, governance, budgets, and vendor management to realize value.
