Senior Program Manager

Your Mission

As Senior Program Manager, you will be the lead point of contact and ultimate owner of success for all virtual programs and partner program management. You will own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of partner programs, from relationship building and scoping through execution and reporting, ensuring every program delivers measurable impact for partners and growth for Goodwall's member base.

You are the person where the buck stops, owning program P&L alongside qualitative and quantitative performance outcomes. We want someone who brings an AI‑first mindset to that ownership: genuinely curious about the tools reshaping our work, and excited to use them to take the role to the next level by finding smarter, more efficient ways to do things at every step.
