Senior Production Support Lead – EDMS & Digital Platforms

10Pearls is seeking a Senior Application Support Consultant to lead L1/L2 production support for EDMS and related platforms, ensuring uptime, incident management, and continuous improvement. You will coordinate with IT, vendors, and business users to resolve issues and drive stability.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in production support, hands-on Oracle DB, WebLogic/Java, Unix/Linux, and Power Automate experience, with strong communication and ownership to manage multiple incidents and
