Senior Production Process Engineer

Role summary

Lead complex cross-functional process workstreams and raise the bar for validation, control, and scalability.

What you'll do

• Lead multi-station process changes spanning multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Define validation strategy + evidence packages for major changes and new processes.
• Drive systemic defect reduction through layered controls and early detection.
• Mentor engineers and technicians in structured problem solving and process thinking.
• Balance speed vs rigour; make clear calls with quantified risk.

What we're looking for

• Proven ownership of complex process systems and factory rollouts.
• Strong ability to set standards (controls, documentation, audits, readiness).
• Comfortable being accountable for outcomes on the line.
