Vacancy Description
- Ensure smooth flow of entire internal supply chain from customer order acceptance, raw material availability, production planning, loading execution till order fulfilment.
- Maintain master production schedule and ensure the efficient loading of manufacturing facilities.
- Scheduling the orders placed with purchasing department to ensure availability of material.
- Coordinating production operations in accordance with material, labor, and equipment availability.
- Estimating the amount of material, equipment, and labor required for production.
- Monitoring production activities against plan and adjust schedule as appropriate:
- Keeps close look whether everything is progressing according to the plan.
- Chasing relevant department on daily basis to keep plan on track & prevent overbuilt
- Effecting changes to production schedules to ensure that production deadlines are met.
