Senior Production Planner (EMS)

Overview

We are seeking a highly driven, experienced professional to manage production scheduling, order lifecycles, and direct customer accounts in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. The role bridges the production floor and the customers, ensuring manufacturing schedules align perfectly with demand and shipment commitments.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and optimize detailed production schedules based on actual orders, demand forecasts and customer profiles.
• Analyze capacity, cycle times, urgency and material availability to build efficient, realistic manufacturing schedules.
• Evaluate how customer scheduling requests affect internal operations (line scheduling, procurement, logistics) and deliver clear, actionable shipment plans to clients.
• Proactively adjust plans based on actual versus target performance, shifting customer priorities, demand fluctuations and material availability.
