Document Control and Version Management
- Ensure all operations are fully documented, traceable, and auditable.
- Lead internal audits.
- Ensure no activity is executed outside documented procedures.
- Maintain batch records and material traceability records.
- Enforce strict adherence to approved SOPs.
- Establish and control deviation reporting system, root cause analysis framework, and Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Align ISO system with NEA/SCDF/SPF and other regulatory requirements.
- Ensure regulatory obligations embedded into daily SOPs, licence conditions, chemical tracking, and reporting.
- Serve as production representative for ISO audits.
- Ensure readiness for regulatory inspections.
