Senior Production Manager - Meat Processing & Safety

Silver Fern Farms Pareora site is seeking a Production Manager to lead our processing team, drive a culture aligned with our values and create agile, high-performing teams that work for each other.

Reporting to the site leadership, you will guide 250 staff across multiple departments, manage budgeting and forecasting, champion safety and quality, and deliver production targets in a dynamic multi-species environment. This is a hands-on role that rewards initiative and continuous improvement.
