Responsibilities
- Responsible for TikTok Local Service governance & experience product operations, including internal moderation system, enforcement platform, analysis platform, as well as external merchant and creator violation center, appeal center, service center, etc.
- Responsible for planning and building the overall operations system of the governance product, and building a global Product Operations team.
- Establish monitoring index system, data‑driven, sort out GTM system and process, improve product penetration rate and satisfaction.
- Build a collaborative system for product, R&D, and global operations teams, converge and filter product issues reported by operations, merchants, and creators, output effective solutions, and enhance product capabilities.
