Senior Product Manager - Self Service Cloud

What is The Role

The Product Manager will lead critical areas within self‑service cloud growth, empowering self‑service customers and trial users to be successful. This role specifically focuses on human user onboarding and agents onboarding, directly influencing the successful growth of Elastic Cloud.

What You Will Be Doing

• Define the vision and roadmap for self service cloud growth, encompassing onboarding and trial experience, product features adoption and trial activation, customer interviews and churn analysis, product engagement analytics and email nurturing.
• Partner with engineering leads to prioritize technical investments and establish realistic delivery timelines.
• Collaborate with downstream Elastic solution teams (Observability, Security, Enterprise Search) to understand their specific onboarding flows and trial experience.
