Senior Product Manager - Payment

Mission

As a product manager, you will own the cross‑border bank payments strategy and product. You will design what bank payments look like at Agicap on an international scope and lead a product squad to deliver features that meet the needs of 8,000+ international mid‑market clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop new products and features by analyzing data, conducting user interviews, studying the competition, and leveraging input from cross‑functional teams to uncover new opportunities.
• Become the bank payments expert in Agicap and work with Tech, Design, Sales, Support, and Data teams to turn insights into opportunities, hypotheses, tests, and features.
• Set quarterly business and product objectives in collaboration with the CEO, CPO, and CTO.
• Build and maintain the squad's product roadmap based on Agicap's strategic objectives.
