Senior Product Manager (Back-office)

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager managing complex internal platforms, risk engines, back-office systems and API-first B2B SaaS products
• Strong understanding of rule-based segmentation engines, If-This-Then-That (ITTT) event-driven architecture, and operational workflow queues
• Experience in the iGaming or gambling industry is highly preferred, specifically regarding an understanding of AML, SG, and regulatory compliance workflows
• Demonstrated ability to transition legacy dashboards into actionable workflows and API-first integrations
• Familiarity with leveraging AI/ML concepts for predictive risk modeling and fraud prevention
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical engineering teams and non-technical operational and compliance stakeholders
