Senior Product Manager, AI Transformation

Our Product Management team drives product initiatives from inception through execution, makes impacts and launches products/features across our global footprint. We collaborate closely with engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, and other cross-functional team members to ship remarkable features and products.

Responsibilities

• Ship AI-powered features to production: conversational AI (chatbots, copilots), intelligent onboarding, smart trading assistants, automated compliance workflows
• Lead cross-functional squads of ML engineers, data scientists, designers, and backend engineers to deliver AI products end-to-end
• Evaluate and integrate LLM/GenAI capabilities (GPT, Claude, open‑source models) into product experiences—balancing innovation speed with safety and compliance
• Build the internal AI enablement playbook: drive adoption of AI tools across product, engineering, and operations teams
