What you’ll be doing
:
Integrate commercial intuition, clinical understanding, provider efficiency, patient safety, confidentiality, and compliance into the design process Work with a cross-functional SWAT team of engineers, product managers, data scientists, and marketers to rapidly innovate and execute against company priorities Carry projects through all the steps of the design process, including: product and user research, insight synthesis, ideation, high-fidelity user interfaces and user experience designs, testing and validation, and post-launch activities/evaluationsEstablish a culture and development processes for best in class product design and qualityCommunicate and craft every detail of new product features from idea to user experience, to pixel-perfect executionEstablish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success, inform decisions and optimize resultsStay informed of industry trends, c...
