Senior Product Designer: Operator Apps & AI UX

1Now is seeking a Senior Product Designer to own the end-to-end experience across our operator app, branded booking sites, and the Carisma AI agents. You’ll work with founders, engineers, and operators to ship polished UI and impactful solutions.

You’ll translate complex workflows into simple interfaces, maintain our design system, and advocate for the user while balancing craft with speed in a fast-moving, hands-on team.
