Own the end-to-end UX design process, from discovery through to delivery

3+ years management experience

Work closely with Product, Engineering, QA, and Founders in a highly collaborative environment

Lead workflow mapping, user research, and experience design

Influence product strategy and key business decisions through design thinking

Design, test, iterate, and learn quickly in a start-up environment

Contribute to and evolve the existing design system
