We are seeking a highly talented and hands-on Senior Product Designer to join the Experience & Digital Transformation division at a leading tier-1 banking institution in Dubai. Operating within the Digital Experience & Product Design chapter, this role focuses on crafting human-centric digital journeys and scalable UI/UX frameworks across web, iOS, and Android platforms.
The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in enterprise-scale Design Systems, end-to-end UX processes, and Agile squad delivery. You will lead the visual look-and-feel of digital products, conduct user research/testing, and collaborate closely with cross-functional product owners, business analysts, and front-end engineers.
