Senior Procurement Specialist - laval

Job Purpose

The Senior Procurement Specialist is responsible for planning, procuring and ensuring on‑time delivery for the electronic components, PCBs, mechanical components/assemblies, and manufacturing services required to support Haivision’s global product portfolio. This role plays a critical part in ensuring supply continuity for Haivision’s OEM manufacturing and outsourced EMS/SMT production environments as well as for all off the shelf parts.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day planning and purchase order execution, supplier confirmations, and delivery performance.
• Resolve shortages quickly, collaborating with planning, expedites, and substitutions.
• Monitor real‑time procurement performance using KPIs such as Supplier Acknowledgment, ETA, OTD, responsiveness, and cost stability.
• Support multi‑site procurement initiatives that involve purchasing for other sites and/or migrating a supplier to a new site.
