Senior Procurement Lead for Sustainable CLT Construction

Arolla is seeking a hands-on Procurement Manager in Setúbal to own end-to-end purchasing across CLT manufacturing and construction operations. You will source and manage suppliers for raw materials, production inputs, and services while upholding sustainability standards.

You will collaborate with Production, Engineering, Architecture and Finance teams, manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure data integrity in the ERP system.
