Job Summary

onsemi is seeking an energetic, highly organized individual to supervise the work area within material fabrication. This position plans and assigns work, implements policies and procedures, and recommends improvements in fabrication methods, equipment, operating procedures and working conditions. It directly supervises the day‑to‑day activities and work priorities of employees in the Fab Department, helps with technical problems, and recommends solutions and process improvements. The role has input into hiring, firing, performance appraisals, and pay reviews, and reports to the Manager, Fabrication. The position ensures area fabrication targets are achieved and works under moderate supervision while exercising independent judgment.
