Vacancy Description
The Role: Pre-Sales Engineer / Solution Architect Design and develop solutions incorporating Grass Valley products, ranging from single components (such as video switchers, camera chains, or SDI routers) to more complex architectures, including Broadcast IP infrastructures, cloud-based solutions, and software solutions built on GV AMPP.
The role supports projects across EMEA, with occasional involvement in other regions.
Work closely with customers, system integrators, and internal teams to align on solution design and technical requirements.
Identify, address, or escalate any risks or issues that could impact the proposed solution.
Travel to customer sites as required to support successful project delivery and conduct demonstrations (approximately 40% travel / 60% office-based work).
Produce and maintain solution-related documentation, including system diagrams and detailed solution descriptions.
