Senior Practice Manager

**Job Description:**

Provides effective leadership and accountability for ambulatory care operations including excellence in customer service, human resources, information systems, patient-focused clinical care, quality assurance and financial management.
Scope

This position is responsible for 17-21 provider FTEs and 38-48 staff FTEs in a large multi-specialty clinic. Manages providers' practices in such a way to achieve strategic organizational goals. This includes goals surrounding providers, employee, and patient engagement, and operational and clinical excellence in a dynamic and changing healthcare environment. Responsible for creating and achieving operation and capital budgets for assigned practices.
